Sparkling wine made from Mauzac, emblematic grape of the Limouxin terroir, in spring its young leaves have white shades, hence the name of «Blanquette».

Clay limestone exposed North, to preserve all its acidity in Mauzac and Chenin. Vine cultivated on stony plateaus for the reverberation of the sun during the day and the restoration of heat at night in order to obtain an optimal maturity.
