Summer started with cool mornings and nights, with slow ripening producing excellent fruit with no diseases. This wine is hand-crafted from specially selected grapesgrown in South Eastern Australia.
TASTING NOTES
Delicately coloured, with lime hues. Aromas of citrus lime and honey dew with hints of gooseberry. The wine has a crisp, minerally palate having fresh tropical and grassy flavours.

An ideal accompaniment to seafood and smoked salmon and Asian style food.
